National Teens for Life National Youth Leadership Summit

Held every January around the March for Life, the NTL National Youth Leadership Summit is a 2-day intensive training program for pro-life teen leaders from across the country to come together, learn, network, and share with other teens and leading experts in the pro-life movement.  A special one-day track is also available for teens and school groups who travel to Washington for the March.

National Teens for Life Convention

Since 1985, teens from across the country have come together for the annual National Teens for Life convention every summer.  The convention is held in conjunction with the annual National Right to Life Convention.  The three-day convention features workshops especially for teens and provides wonderful educational and networking opportunities.

 

This year's speaker's included pro-life Congressman Chris Smith of New Jersey, Bobby Schindler and Suzanne Vitadamo, the brother and sister of Terri Schiavo; and Dr. David Prentice from the Family Research Council among others!

Wisconsin Teens for Life Camp

Every summer, Wisconsin Teens for Life, in conjunction with Wisconsin Right to Life holds four, week-long summer camps designed to educate and motivate teen activists at all level of involvement.  Camp Esther is designed for those just getting involved in the pro-life movement.  Camp Nehemiah is for those who have been actively involved and want to learn more about the issues.  There are two sessions of each camp held each summer.  For more information about camp, visit the Wisconsin Teens for Life website at www.wisconsinteens4life.org.

 

Camp Joshua hosted by Oregon Right to Life

Oregon Right to Life hosts Camp Joshua every spring.  Much like Camp Esther and Camp Nehemiah in Wisconsin, Camp Joshua is an intensive weekend-long program providing pro-life teens with the educational fundamentals and hands-on experience at the Oregon Right to Life offices in Salem.  For more information about Camp Joshua, visit www.ortl.org/camp_joshua/index.html.

National Right to Life Academy

The National Right to Life Academy is an intensive six-week college-level training course held in the Washington, DC offices of National Right to Life, which covers the broad range of issues that the pro-life movement faces, including new challenges occurring daily.  The Academy is designed for college students and scholarship opportunities are available from many National Right to Life state affiliates.  For more information about the Academy, visit www.nrlc.org/Academy/Academy.html.
